Administrative and Technical Support Specialist
Amentum is seeking an Administrative and Technical Support Specialist. The AA independently accomplishes general or routine office administrative tasks. The AA should have the expertise and qualifications to accomplish moderately complex administrative tasks with minimal guidance and assistance. Depending on the customer office, some tasks can be more dynamic (i.e., less routine) and challenging than other tasks.
Job Duties:
General Scope of Effort: The Contractor shall serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Defense Security Service with emphasis on Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Information Assurance (IA) and Information Security (INFOSEC), and Operation Security (OPSEC). The SME must have extensive knowledge of recent Executive Orders and understand the differences between the DCIDs and ICDs. The Contractor must have worked in a SCIF environment and have experience in SCIF building requirements and knowledge of accreditations methods in accordance with DCID 6/9 and ICD 705. Security support shall entail administrative security services for Government personnel.
Records and file management
Employee in- and out-processing
Assist in managing DOD, DSS, and local office policies and programs.
Calendar management
Travel planning (Defense Travel System (DTS)
Conference room coordination
Office equipment and supply inventory maintenance
Government timecard program (DAI) management
Receipt and routing of office mail/correspondence
Management of task management (CATMS) system
Assist in execution of office training program.
Responsible for inputting and managing data bases as directed.
Job Requirements:
Personnel shall have a HS Diploma and 2 years of relevant administrative and technical support experience.
Active Secret Clearance Required
Trained and proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Software and capable of creating a wide variety of documents such as reports, spreadsheets, plan of action and milestone project files, and presentations from data and information located in internal DCSA databases.
All personnel shall have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing using correct English grammar spelling and punctuation.
Compensation & Benefits:
$21.64-$24.04 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
