Overview:

Functions as Instructor for Aviation Tech Supply courses under the direction of the Aviation Institute Senior Training Manager. Responsible for performing duties as an Aviation Tech Supply Instructor, conducting academic instruction and hands-on performance training and evaluations to ensure student proficiency and adherence to academic standards. Responsible for maintaining Individual Gradebook Folders.

Duties/Responsibilities:


Conduct training sessions and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Coordinate Property for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations. Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness. May participate in the development and establishment of course content and objectives. Update course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. Additional duties may include: Perform on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas. Participate in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. Maintain rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees. Other duties as assigned and or directed by management. Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods. Authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities. Supervisory Responsibilities: none.

Minimum Qualifications:


Education Level: Must possess an Associate's degree with 3 years of relevant experience. Note: Additional relevant experience may be substituted for education at the discretion of Vinnell Arabia. Must be a US Citizen. Must have effective communication skills; oral, written, and interpersonal: must have the ability to brief / train a variety of audience types, including military personnel. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook minimum). Must be trained/certified to operate computer equipment and customized software packages to track property (PBUSE/DPAS). Knowledge of Army supply/property management policies and procedures is a must.. Must have G2 identifier for Property or training certification for PBUSE.

Experience: Must have previous experience managing and/or training Army Property Book policy and procedures. Must have previous experience delivering Platform Instruction. Possess a valid drivers’ license. DD214 required for military experience.
