In this newly created position within Advisory’s technology organization, the Web and Digital Strategy Business Analyst, will participate in Advisory Board’s technology related projects (includes major projects, minor projects, and enhancements). This resource will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the Advisory Board Research business and play a key role in all technology related initiatives as we continue this amazing journey of transforming and modernizing our technology ecosystem in support of our new and exciting business transformation

Primary responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with different stakeholders to understand and document requirements, processes, user stories
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
  • Participating in business sessions and documenting notes from the meetings
  • Gather and analyze data for project team
  • Work with the technology team to help them understand business requirements
  • Liaison between the technical team and the business

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting website and digital strategy projects
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems
  • Experience working in a team environment including during your education years
  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with technical projects, teams, and/or stakeholders simultaneously
  • Knowledge of technical platforms
  • Familiar with Adobe Experience Manager
  • Understanding about the best practices involved with user-experience (UX) design, search engine marketing and optimization
  • Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
