Great Monday - Friday Office Coordinator opportunity!

Join the Care Coordination - Care Coach team in supporting patients in being as healthy as they can be. The team is fun and interactive!

Work independently 100% in person at our Mason Ridge office organizing and completing mailings, working with team to enter PTO requests, ensuring new hires have a good start, scheduling meetings, constant phone interaction and other administrative work as the position grows.

There will be lots of moving around from floor to floor carrying materials and equipment for mailing. Office is on the third floor and mail room is in the basement. Elevator accessible.

Monday - Friday - 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - No weekends or holidays.

Role Purpose

Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions of the department(s) as assigned. These functions may include, but not be limited to: business, operations, clerical, patient billing and accounting functions, medical records management, reception, and patient scheduling. May supervise other office personnel.

Responsibilities

Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
