Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for others
  • Manage all incoming incident reports/questions and assigns/refers appropriately
  • Work involves communication with the care team and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work environment
  • Data manipulation and developing reports/presentations

Part of the challenge here is dealing positively with members and providers in sometimes challenging circumstances. As a subject matter expert, you'll also be the “go-to” resource for information. Must have the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays according to workload to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • 2+ years of experience working in the health care industry
  • 2+ years of experience working with medical terminology
  • Intermediate proficiency with Office 365
  • Reside in the state of Ohio

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Project management
  • Experience with home and community-based waiver services
  • Experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid Services
  • Experience providing clerical or administrative support
