Positions in this function include those responsible for a variety of functions related to the general management and general business operations across the company and its businesses.

Positions in this function are responsible for any of the following areas: facilities planning and coordination (incl building services and building engineering), security, drivers, building operations (electrical, mechanical, alarms and monitors), and warehousing operations. This function may also include HVAC Technicians requiring certfications as well as Data Center Technicans and Engineers.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent experience

    • Create and/or maintain preventative and/or predictive maintenance prograrns for significant assets (e.g., generators; UPS; HVAC systems)
    • Implement and/or complete preventative and/or predictive maintenance programs according to manufacturers' standards and internal timelines (e.g., fire safety inspections; HVAC systems; water treatment; alarm systems; electrical circuits) -Ensure relevant documentation is maintained to prepare for potential audits or refunds
    • Perform frequent rounds and/or inspections on facilities, systems, and/or equipment to identify potential defects
    • Receive and/or gather information on maintenance/repair requests from internal and/or external stakeholders
    • Complete and/or contact outside vendors to complete requested repairs and/or maintenance
    • Check and/or oversee contractors' work to ensure quality and timely performance
    • Maintain overall presentation/hygiene/housekeeping standards of facilities (e.g., sweep; mop; vacuum; empty garbage) -Demonstrate understanding of established procurement processes
    • Negotiate rates for all services required to support the business (e.g., electricity; water; air-conditioning; parking)

    • Keep management informed of potential problems or issues that need to be resolved
