The Sign Shop provides a superior level of customer service, technical skills, product knowledge and leadership to plan, design, implement and maintain signage and way-finding systems. This ensures that the signage systems for all BJC HealthCare facilities and other customers such as WUSM facilities are properly planned, designed, fabricated, installed and maintained at the best value.


Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Provides administrative support and facilitates communication between PD&C department members, hospital stakeholders and third-party project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Facilitates vendor invoice payments, purchase orders, financial closeout of projects, and other financial duties on construction projects as required.Facilitates setup of new PD&C vendors, routing and storage of project documents, completion of tax exemption forms for PD&C projects, tracking of vendor report cards, and other administrative duties as required.Manages calendars and meeting requests for members of PD&C's leadership team. Coordinates and schedules project meetings that include internal and external stakeholders.Processes ad-hoc requests from members of PD&C department, including but not limited to project presentations, project performance reports, and data input and extraction from PD&C software programs.Collaborates with other BJC departments to provide project details and updates as necessary.
