Summary:

The Data Risk Office within the Cyber & Data Risk Management organization, supports a variety of data risk reduction strategies, including data privacy, crown jewel protection, and data de-risking programs.

The Analyst, Data Risk Office works closely with a variety of stakeholders, including the extended Cybersecurity team, IT Business Partners, and Business Owners, in supporting risk reduction, and other operational activities. The Analyst will work in a team environment to support a variety of projects and operational activities to strengthen Company processes and controls.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for translating program strategies to operational activities, by actively participating in project teams, developing requirements, designing processes, as well as implementing solutions.
  • Support efforts to advance various cyber and data risk management strategies, including risk mitigation and risk reduction programs.
  • Actively support data protection and risk reduction programs (such as crown jewels protection, data de-risking), including analysis of risk, evaluating risk mitigating solutions, optimizing data protection and de-risking controls, and extending enterprise deployment.
  • Responsible for leveraging digital solutions, to automate processes and controls and optimize deployment.
  • Responsible for monitoring process effectiveness and related metrics and identifying ongoing continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with IT and Business subject matter experts as needed to better support end-to-end solutions.
  • Prepare reports, dashboard, metrics and trend analysis
  • Prepare documented procedures, knowledge articles and runbooks
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of information technology industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with NIST Cyber Risk Management Framework
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Information security certifications a plus
