Role Purpose

The BJC Career Development Intern Program (CDIP) will support the pipeline initiatives of BJC Healthcare. We have a variety of paid internships for both undergraduate and graduate students. Most internship assignments are project-based. As an intern in the career development program students can expect to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer. Students must be enrolled in a degreed program - preference given to students who have completed at a minimum, freshmen year.Students will have exposure to a variety of professional experiences: ?Professional development training and workshops?Extensive networking opportunities?Interaction with senior leaders?A dedicated support network
