As part of the National Health Services (NHS) Leadership team, the Senior Director of Clinical Quality Management role reports to the NVP, Health Services. This role will be responsible for leading efforts in creating and maintaining a quality management infrastructure to ensure continuous improvement, organizational excellence, and adherence to regulations. This role will lead efforts in development and implementation of policies and procedures, reporting tools and will oversee internal and external audits and satisfaction surveys.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Development, management and coordination of Performance Improvement Programs designed to improve clinical outcomes and the patient experience
- Analyze KPI and other appropriate dashboards, identifying trends and significant variances and recommending opportunities to improve
- Requires cross-functional collaboration to derive continuous quality improvement which promotes quality of care and improves health disparities
- Works closely with NHS leaders to develop and monitor quality improvement and measurement strategies and maintaining compliance with CMS regulations, CLIA standards, NCQA and HIPPA standards
- Partner with Market Quality Councils to identify performance improvement opportunities and assist in implementing strategies to improve, monitor and report outcomes
- Develops, plans, and conducts audits of Health Services documentation and quality of care
- Generates audit reports to summarize results and provides audit related feedback to Market and National Leadership
- Lead key activities during external audits as directed related to Health Services
- Lead the development and maintenance of departmental policies, standard operating procedures, and other standards. Represent Health Services in the Landmark Policy and Procedure Committee
- Serve as the regulatory requirement/compliance SME and provide advice to Business Development, Health Services and other departments as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility:
- Direct reports may include Manager, nurse, social worker and non-clinical auditors, Quality Specialists, Policy and Procedure Specialists

Required Qualifications:
- BSN
- Unrestricted RN License
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute on complex projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s in business and/or Health Care
- Knowledge of Landmark’s networks, clinical and business analytics, and policy levers
- Strategy development and implementation for healthcare-related organizations
- Solid communication skills both verbal and written, proven presentation skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Ability to build solid relationships, influence, establish and drive improved business outcomes
- Ability to motivate and engage a diverse group of people toward a common vision with proven results
- Demonstrated experience leading large scale initiatives requiring transformation and change management
- Solid knowledge and experience with quality and process improvement
- Solid business and/or consulting experience
- Experience with analytics and use of data

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $113,500 to $218,100. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $113,500 to $218,100.
