Summary of Responsibilities:

The Clinical Informatics Pharmacist ("CI Pharmacist") will understand and develop solutions to improve the medication use process, and thus, improve patient outcomes, patient safety and operational efficiency. The CI Pharmacist will also partner with key stakeholders to establish those solutions into electronic health records ("EHR") and other relative technologies used with the designated areas of responsibilities.

Credentials:

  • PA Pharmacy License Required Upon Hire

Education or Equivalent Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D

3 years experience in hospital pharmacy environment or PGY 1 and/or PGY 2
