This Director of Business Management is responsible for business continuity planning for Peoples Health (PH), record retention, oversight of day to day site operations and the mailroom team, and growth of facilities for the Primary Care Plus clinic expansion. This position will also be responsible for project management and technology streamlining across PH. This position will be critical to ongoing integration projects (such as IT integration and future systems integrations).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the responsible parties to strategically plan for the space needs of the company
  • Work closely with the real estate vendor to execute facilities and maintenance requests or needs
  • Oversee the mailroom to increase efficiencies in mailroom processes, create customer service-oriented approaches, create/develop/implement cost management strategies
  • Work with vendors to promote efficiencies and manage costs
  • Travel to offsite locations for meetings, job site visits and reviews as required
  • Coordinate with Primary Care Plus leadership to coordinate growth of clinic locations and service center locations
  • Prepares regular facility status reports regarding status of project budgets, schedules and issues/concerns on each project and any ongoing maintenance issues/concerns at each facility
  • Coordinate with Optum IT on projects and ensure senior staff is updated on progress
  • Lead projects and enhancements throughout the organization

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time throughout the assigned region for business
  • High School diploma
