Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise and support by conducting audits across several departments, including call, claim, eligibility, intake and system configuration
  • Provide feedback and reports to team members on audit results
  • Analyze information to build recommendations to reduce errors and improve process performance
  • Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance
  • This role is equally challenging and rewarding. The entire customer service operation is reliant on your ability to audit calls and provide feedback to team members, as well as analyzing information to build recommendations.
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd year college complete
  • 1 year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • 1 year of experience in a high volume call center
  • Background in UMR call
  • Demonstrated expertise in use of call center software programs
  • Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including Microsoft Office
