Associate Director, US Oncology Healthcare Provider Pan Tumor Marketing Customer Segments
We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Healthcare Provider (HCP) Pan Tumor Strategy (Customer Segment Marketing), US Oncology. This individual will be responsible for developing customer segment market strategies across various HCP types and Key Accounts at the portfolio level.
The position is a Hybrid Role (combination of in-office days and work from home ability) and will be based in either Philadelphia, PA or Upper Gwynedd, PA reporting to a Director, HCP Pan Tumor Strategy, US Oncology.
This position will require outstanding leadership in many areas including HCP marketing and strategy development, promotion, medical education, market research, relationship building, and overall flawless launch execution.
Key responsibilities and experiences include and are not limited to the following:
HCP strategy development, refinement and execution across a multi-functional team
Create meaningful campaigns and messaging through a strong understanding of the HCP and extended healthcare team(s) space in oncology across customer segments
Leverage segmentation to customize the customer experience
Develop innovative medical education strategies to meet evolving customer needs
Support cross-indication/cross-brand customer facing teams in development of strategies and initiatives within specific customer segments, including key accounts
Collaborate with internal brand marketing colleagues and external creative agency partners to create a strategic omnichannel marketing strategy across customer segments
Identify insight gaps and recommend market research to meet strategic goals
Maintain deep understanding of oncology HCPs and what is needed to activate behavior change
Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a complex matrix organization where exceptional collaboration is required to obtain desired results
Maintain knowledge of latest technologies and trends to efficiently deliver a portfolio marketing approach across numerous customer types and segments
Managing applicable budgets

Education Minimum Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's degree
Preferred: Advance Degree (MBA, PharmD)
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 4 years Pharmaceutical business experience
Minimum of 2 years successful brand marketing or closely related discipline experience
Excels when addressing ambiguity, working outside existing processes or structures.
Ability to establish networks across stakeholders to drive influence and alignment
Test and learn mindset to drive culture of innovation
Focused mindset on customer experience
Committed to applying agile values, principles, and practices
Requires approximately 15-20% travel, including some weekends.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Oncology Marketing experience, ideally with a focus in HCP and portfolio marketing
Product/Indication launch experience – preferably in oncology
Previous promotion and medical education development experience
Experience in developing brand strategy and implementation across multiple indications/brands
