Under general supervision, provides data center operations support by monitoring and responding to technical control facility hardware and software problems utilizing hardware and software testing tools and techniques.
ResponsibilitiesInterfaces with vendor support service groups to perform maintenance and corrective action during outages or period of degraded system performance.Installs low voltage cables, terminals and associated data center hardware.Assists in analyzing, recommending, and implementing compliance standards, new technologies and trends in data center infrastructure.Assists in the creation and maintenance of data center environmental metrics and documentation.Assists in the planning and implementation of data center projects.
