Director, Technical Implementation this role will be responsible providing strategic direction to exceed industry standards by leading a team of high-performing individuals. This person will be focused on service delivery and developing metrics to measure the performance of the team. Must have a solid business acumen and able to interact with CIO's, along with Senior leaders at customer facilities, as well as internal stakeholders. Will be responsible for scaling the organization for future growth. Will be responsible for providing monthly reporting on performance of organization along with areas to improve/grow.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Architect the technical services team to exceed industry standards and adopt best practices to achieve operational efficiency which supports an ambitious growth plan
- Develop and manage scalable best-in-class processes to support rapid growth across multiple product lines/solutions
- Design and implement processes, tools, and structures necessary to consistently deliver high-quality customer result
- Responsible to provide guidance for standardized recommendations and best practices for each product
- Provide oversight for the implementation process and act as a point of escalation during implementations
- Establish and communicate KPI's and measurements across the technical services organization that drive continued improvement at all levels
- Manage the effectiveness and efficiency of technical services and performance by creating and monitoring standard, custom, and benchmark reports
- Identify gaps across the technical services organization and present solutions to align with organizational goals and metrics
- Establish standards across the team and ensure product deployment is executed to meet all technical services commitments
- Partner with the leadership team and participate in the leadership and execution of key cross-organizational initiatives, processes, etc.
- Drive growth or team members, productivity and retention through improved training and education programs, performance management, and other initiatives that drive a highly inclusive and supportive culture yielding outstanding results
- Act as senior liaison with other groups within Change Healthcare – Sales, Business Operations, Customer Success, Engineering etc., to ensure they are fully informed of services processes/requirements and appropriate SLA’s are in place
- Serve as a primary advocate to product management and R&D for product enhancements, process development and technical/content delivery
- Accountable for revenue budgeting, forecasting and tracking on a monthly basis for all implementations by working with finance
- Overall responsibility for successful strategic planning and execution of customer projects for implementations by analyzing technical deployment of the product suite and introducing new technologies using formalized change management

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related experience
- 7+ years of proven management experience of an implementation team
- 7+ years of experience working with a highly technical implementations team
- Demonstrated deep expertise in building teams, scalable processes and metrics-based management to achieve organizational and departmental goals
- Ability to travel up to 25%

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $118,000 to $226,800. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
