Director, Medical Education for MedTech, US - REMOTE
Come join Organon as we continue to expand access to our medical devices throughout the US and the world. To enable this and future growth, we are adding a medical education expert to lead the US MedTech Medical Education team.
In this role, you will create and execute a medical education strategy that not only supports current product, but also builds future capabilities for MedTech at Organon. This leader will work cross-functionally to drive policy refinement and build infrastructure to grow our medical education offering. This critical role will be part of the US Marketing organization and will work collaboratively with Medical Affairs, US MedTech Sales, MedTech Marketing, Compliance, Regulatory, and Lifecycle Management. This position will also partner as needed with global commercial peers to support their launches worldwide.
Lead Medical Education team to execute program strategy for maternal health and evolve for future MedTech.
Define priorities from a medical education perspective; collaborate across business to participate in vision for product(s).
Own Medical Education program metrics to analyze learning effectiveness and drive improvements as needed.
Own policies and infrastructure development to enable expansion of medical education programs.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure appropriate coordination across US MedTech Sales, Medical Affairs, Outcomes Research, Compliance, Regulatory.
Consistently remain current on key insights for the brand, customer and marketplace including competitive analysis and key scientific developments.
Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
Understands relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adheres to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree.
Minimum of seven (7+) years combined experience in Medical Education, Sales/Marketing, Strategy/Operations, with majority of time ideally in Medical Education.
Proven ability to lead team to results while demonstrating the highest standards of ethics & integrity.
Experience with medical device and medical education.
Proven success collaborating internally with colleagues from Sales, Medical Affairs/Clinical, Compliance/Quality, and Regulatory.
Ability to translate science/clinical data into educational strategies and actionable initiatives.
Proven success working with HCP key opinion leaders.
Strategic and innovative thinker.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
7-10 years medical education, marketing and/or sales experience
Familiarity with Obstetrics/ Gynecology
The role is a remote position, though ideally located near US headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The role will report to the US Marketing Lead for MedTech and will have direct reports to support. The role will work collaboratively both internally and externally. The position will require up to 15% travel and will include working at times during morning and evening hours to facilitate programming.

Annualized Salary Range (US)$148,800.00 - $253,300.00
