Provide administrative support to a dynamic team of attorneys and legal professionals supporting enterprise business initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare expense reports
  • Support team workflow
  • Triage intake of legal documents for signature, manage DocuSign process
  • Compile and/or integrate information needed to prepare reports and presentations
  • Review documents to ensure accuracy and quality, and revise as needed
  • Create/prepare meeting materials, e.g., PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and meeting agendas, and ensure distribution to meeting attendees in a timely manner
  • Schedule and set-up resources and technology needed for meetings and events, e.g., conference rooms, virtual meeting resources, telepresence
  • Independently perform varied administrative duties related to functional area
  • Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization; represent the team with professionalism and integrity
  • Manage office documents in accordance with enterprise records management procedures
  • Collaborate with administrative support team members to provide back-up support as needed
  • Facilitate handling of requests for information
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Greet visiting clients, guests and employees

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience, at least 1 of which have included support of senior executives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience, at least 3 of which have included support of senior executives
  • Experience supporting multiple executives within a fast-paced, large, matrixed corporate environment
  • Intermediate or better level of proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
