As the HouseCalls Call Center Operations (CCO) primary Change Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of multiple high-priority initiatives and projects across the various functional areas of CCO as an individual contributor. This role is accountable for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on-time and leverage consistent implementation methodologies. The Change Delivery Manager is a critical connector between both internal and external business team members and Senior Leadership, including keeping key stakeholders updated on project statuses. This role requires connection and communication to drive to alignment, mobilize team members behind a clear plan, and manage execution. The Change Delivery Manager will help bring clarity to complex tasks, balancing the rigidity of project management with how to best achieve results while knowing when to adjust the plan or approach, to better serve the business and the members we serve.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed project management plans, and other project-related documents including executive level status reporting
  • Successfully and confidentially manage multiple projects, deadlines and project teams simultaneously
  • Review project scope and assumptions to structure milestones and deadlines
  • Work to create synergistic systems and processes, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise
  • Assign, prioritize, and actively supervise project tasks (task management)
  • Define project critical path and success criteria
  • Implement and manage project changes as necessary
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate issues and risks as necessary
  • Report on project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, and templates
  • Cultivate deep business relationships and ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
  • Coordinate the team throughout all project management phases by leading regular stand-ups and meetings
  • Develop strong working knowledge of the industry, customers, and technology trends; leverage this information to support the continuous improvement of future project implementation efforts
  • Solid presentation and communication skills essential in keeping stakeholders appraised of project status, ensuring ensure issues, risks and actions are known and clearly defined/distributed to accountable parties.
  • Solid communication skills (written and verbal/presentation) with an emphasis on being able to logically structure thoughts and create organized visuals for stakeholders
  • Able to demonstrate situational awareness
  • Solid problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with an ability to work consultatively with partners

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of hands-on project delivery experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a change management or project delivery role
  • Direct experience supporting implementation of project management related workstreams, such as planning, defining requirements, development, testing, and deployment
  • Experience creating and executing project plans and project deliverables with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience mentoring or influencing a team of indirect reports
  • Understanding of system development life cycle concepts, waterfall, and agile methodologies
  • Solid proficiency in PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • People Leadership Experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Monday or organizational tool of choice
  • PMP Certification

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
