The Senior Product Manager for will help drive the day-to-day digital shopper experience for UnitedHealth Care. They will ensure the brand shines through while contributing to a highly functioning shopping experience that drives sales of our DTC insurance products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for shopper experiences, helping the organization achieve financial targets, and improve the shopper experience
  • Use voice of customer reporting (VOC), and digital analytics to identify shopper pain points, and use those insights to improve experiences and net promoter score (NPS)
  • Drive transformational efforts to create a fully seamless and personalized site experience that puts the user first
  • Strategic oversight of digital content, navigation enhancements and user experience improvements to increase audience high value activities
  • Maintain awareness of progressive marketplace 'best practice' and digital marketing trends, and contribute to a roadmap that helps guide key technical, content and UX activities
  • Help manage cross - functional relationships within marketing, technology, consumer insights, analytics, product, and sales teams to ensure a consistent message across touch points
  • Collaborate with the testing and optimization lead to plan, coordinate, execute, and report on tactics that improve high value shopper landing pages on
  • Partner with the digital analytics lead to identify, monitor, and respond to key performance indicators (KPI’s) along the digital shopper journey
  • Collaborate with SEO lead to prioritize key content areas to increase authority in the health care industry, and drive prospect oriented organic site traffic

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years digital with B2B, B2C, integrated media and marketing platforms focused on digital, mobile, social and traditional marketing
  • Experience working across indirect reports and cross-functional partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience planning and managing large-scale, strategic digital marketing initiatives
  • Talent in simplifying complex content
  • Ability to translate trends into business opportunities
  • Proven track record of displaying ownership, urgency and sound decision making skills
  • Gaining support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale
  • Solid leadership and consensus building skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and inspire at all levels, including addressing opportunities, risks, and strategic positioning with business and technology leaders
  • Understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
