This management role will lead the Integration team and drive our Integration strategy, platforms, and roadmap. This role is focused on managing operations, implementations, and customer support for our integration and EDI platforms. Coordinates with stakeholders to plan and execute successful EDI implementations and provide efficient service and support. Ensures that appropriate security and regulatory protocols are in place. Trains and coaches operational teams that provide rapid resolution of processing issues.

Role Purpose

The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating the teams who are working on the various projects. The goal of a Program Manager is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to BJC. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing programs; building program teams, and ensuring quality control throughout the program life cycles to complete programs according to plan and budget.

Responsibilities

Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.Oversee development of project plans, reporting and quality reviews, coordination of deliverable sign-off and project reporting, and ensure the on-time execution and delivery of large projects according to plan and budget.Understand the operational impact of project-based change, and the readiness activities on behalf of the business unit to support implementation ? as well as the status of those change activities and determine the impact of changes on the business case and demand model.Effectively escalate and resolve issues by understanding the roles and responsibilities of, and coordinating with, personnel within the process.Manage the process for prioritizing and sequencing activity required to successfully execute objectives at each decision point throughout the program, while managing risk and program dependencies.Oversee supplier PMs by assessing their exceptions to approved methods, monitoring their progress according to plan, and analyzing the scope management process to mitigate any potential impacts to other portions of the portfolio.
