The US Oncology Commercial Undergraduate summer internship program provides meaningful hands-on project experiences that impact patient's lives while providing interns an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. The internship program takes a holistic approach to education, in that students acquire both practical, applicable skills, but also gain additional experience in business and innovation as it relates to the pharmaceutical industry and the student's area of interest. Interns will have the opportunity to learn to navigate the complex matrix and team environment at a global pharmaceutical company, gain the fundamental skills and knowledge in the industry and will also engage in valuable, practical job experience through the internship experience. This position is based at our office in Lawrenceville, NJ (Princeton Pike Location).
The internship program will:
Introduce interns to the dynamic pharmaceutical industry, specifically the day-to-day operational functions within the US Oncology Commercial organization.
Match interns with mentors who will provide guidance on their professional development
Provide exposure to marketing, sales, strategy and operations, and finance
Qualifications & Experience
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.5 at an accredited university
Be available to work full-time for 10 weeks from June to August
Demonstrated leadership in student, community, or professional organizations
Passion for learning and proactive in their career development
Legally authorized to work in the United States
