Work You'll Do

Our Digital CARE market offering sits under our Core Business Operations offering portfolio. Digital CARE focuses on helping clients transform their business operations through technology-enabled systems and disruptors to win in today's evolving healthcare market. The team in Digital CARE use our deep capabilities in strategy, core business operations, transformative technology, change management, customer experience, and digital strategy and innovation, to help clients minimize time to value for large scale digital health transformations. We leverage electronic health records, revenue cycle systems, and their ecosystems to improve care delivery, quality, and patient engagement. Solutions span from strategy to implementation to support and managed services and include system selection, benefits and value realization, operational transformation and workflow redesign, systems integration, IT operations support, application management services, change leadership & training, clinician engagement, and large-scale program management. Our clients range in size from global to middle market and include large health systems, academic medical centers, and ambulatory clinics to name a few.

Qualifications

Required:

  • BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in system delivery and/or implementation preferably within the healthcare industry
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of experience with large scale healthcare system implementations with understanding of the software implementation lifecycle in healthcare systems (electronic health records/EHRs, clinical, revenue cycle systems, etc.)
  • 3+ years in a customer facing role with the ability to collaborate closely with others and act as a partner or liaison
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, and exercise mature judgment
  • Can work independently with the ability to successfully take ownership of the assigned work
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask on multiple assignments
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
  • Experience with EHR vendors (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.) a plus
  • Experience managing and delivering via an Agile/Scrum methodology
  • General understanding or familiarity with virtual health, cloud, interoperability, data analytics, and/or automation a plus
  • Strong software development methodology understanding, and have assisted in the design, development or testing of a technology integration project
  • Eagerness to mentor/manage junior staff
