- 11:45 AM to 8:15 PM
- Rotating Weekends and Holidays
- Deliver Trays to Patient Rooms, Assist in Patient Meal Tray Assembly, and Stock Refrigerators on Hospital Floors, and Retrieve Carts for Patient Rooms
- May also need to do other kitchen as needed

Memorial Hospital Belleville is an acute care hospital offering medical and surgical services plus critical and emergency care including Children’s at Memorial for pediatric emergency care. Memorial Hospital Shiloh, a 94-bed, all-private suite hospital was recognized with Magnet status in 2018 and provides emergency care, labor & delivery, nursery, medical and surgical services plus critical care.
The Food & Nutrition Service is responsible for providing high quality nutrition services to patients, staff and visitors on a daily basis. Services also include vending machines and meeting/special event catering.
Performs patient meal service for the Department of Food and Nutrition. Responsible for patient meal service on assigned units. This includes menu selections, tray assembly, catering rounds, tray delivery and retrieval, recording of intake/calorie counts, special requests, galley/floor stock maintenance, and nourishment delivery. Communicates directly with nursing to obtain updated diet orders. Responds to patient, family and nursing needs.
ResponsibilitiesDelivers patient meals to assigned areas, documents meals and calorie intake and rounds on patients in accordance to department expectations.Assembles meal trays and menus in accordance to guidelines.Communicates patient diets, delivery of meals and special requests with patient care team.Maintains an organized and stocked galley.
