Additional Information About the Role

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Special Procedures X-Ray Tech position. This individual will be working in the MSK (Musculoskeletal) department. This is a Hand-On experience and can be a fast-paced environment! Tech will be responsible for things like running the c-arm, ordering labs, and setting up procedures. Just to name a few!

Tech will work closely with the nursing staff. As well as MSK Interventional Radiologists, Fellows, and even Residents. Even have the opportunity to interact with the Sales Reps and Clinical Specialist and learn about the cool new products we use on a daily basis.

  • PRN Flexible schedule-Required to work once a week.
  • Opportunity to go full time

Role Purpose

The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging radiographic procedures to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders

Responsibilities

Completes registration and prepares patients for procedures. Informs patient on instructions and what the procedure entails with a high level of customer service and professionalism.Performs radiographic imaging examinations.
