Banquet Event Manager
Manage a crew at a catered event to include 5-20 staff at times
Prefer to have hospitality or catering experience with experience managing for approx. 1 year
Learn to set the front of house, tables, buffet or other service styles.
Have a good driving record and reliable transportation
Ablity to multi task and also take constructive criticism when learning new tasks
Enthusiastic, professional and takes initiative to lead a team.
Ability to lift up to approx 25-50 lbs at times.
Specific uniform is needed and will discuss at interview.
