Travel Specialist - Arcadia, Wisconsin

What Will You Do?

You will be responsible for analyzing, scheduling, arranging, and coordinating corporate travel for/by associates. You will accountable for accurate and well-planned trips that gets associates and company executives where they need to be in a safe and effective manner while ensuring policy compliance. You will consistently manage multiple trips under specific time constraints and must be able to work overtime when needed to ensure travelers get to their final destination when disruptions occur.

What Do You Need?

·Associate’s Degree in Business or related field. Or equivalent work experience

·Experience in travel industry (airlines, hotel, travel agency etc)

·IATA Accreditation preferred

·Thorough knowledge of travel industry rules and passport and visa requirements for each country

·Actively work in Travel Global Distribution System environment
