This person assists the PMO Manager with administrative support for meetings facilitation and status reporting.Essential Responsibilities+ Manages the Change Management Register and all associated reporting+ Manages the Risk Management Register and all associated reporting+ Manages the Issue Management Register and all associated reporting+ Coordinate the content collection of the status report for review and approval for PMO Manager+ Organization of deliverable trackers and facilitates deliverables sign-off+ Takes and files meeting minutes for state meetings+ Manage central repository and/or process for project artifactsWe live in a moment of remarkable change and opportunity.
