Job Description

New hires in office-based roles in the US & Puerto Rico will be required, subject to applicable law, to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or qualify for a medical or religious exemption to this vaccination requirement that can be accommodated without an undue burden to the operation. In April 2020, our Company announced plans to consolidate our New Jersey campuses into a single New Jersey headquarters location in Rahway, NJ by 2023. Therefore, this role will be temporarily based in a and exact timing of the departmental move to Rahway, NJ will be communicated at a future date.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of individuals to drive the Branding, Diversity, Compliance & Recruiting Solutions strategy and execution globally

  • In partnership with Corporate Communications drive and build upon the Employer Brand and EVP globally

  • Develop and oversee the recruitment marketing and branding strategy, ensuring applicable technologies, systems and vendors are being fully utilized to drive hiring programs, further brand reach and perform regular analysis to assess ROI

  • Oversee brand recognition, exposure, and reputation for the global talent acquisition organization, analyze social media and web metrics and related data to assess ROI and recommend improvements to strategic and tactical plans

  • Build a strong partnership with Talent Management and Global Diversity and Inclusion, HR Ops and Legal to ensure to achieve mutual goals and ensuring our Company is positioned as attractive and engaging employer for diverse talent

  • Develop the recruiting diversity strategy & design of programs, frameworks, tools and initiatives to establish and maintain key relationships to promote our Company as a key employer of choice amongst targeted demographics

  • Partner with the TAAs, RPOs and line leaders to develop and implement divisional diversity strategy framework for the division

  • Work closely with HR Operations and IT to ensure GTA utilizes the most effective tools and systems (ATS, CRM, SAAS) to achieve a best-in-class candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience while utilizing AI and automation to find efficiencies in our operating model.

  • Understands current and future compliance landscape and consults with Legal, HR, diversity and HR Operations and implement any changes in internal or external regulatory/compliance landscape when necessary

  • Keeps current policies and processes up to date and relevant

  • Effectively defines and uses GTA metrics to monitor compliance

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience in lieu of degree

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 12 years of work experience with specific experience in Global Talent Acquisition including Employer Branding, HR Technology, Recruiting Metrics & Analytics, Diversity and Compliance; minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a team

  • Strong business acumen

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to influence, consult and collaborate at all levels of the organization

  • Understanding of metrics and analytics

  • External labor market and best practice knowledge

  • Strategic thinking
