Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and initiatives, including content design, project management, logistics, communications, and ongoing success measurement
  • Support post integration activity, strategic projects and core processes
  • Assess data and execute executive reporting (dashboards and PowerPoints)
  • Conduct external research and benchmarking to ensure strategy, content, and delivery models are positioned to deliver best-in-class results
  • Partner with Human Capital Partners, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to perform regular needs analyses and utilize available talent data to determine areas of impact
  • Collaborate with internal partners to design, communicate, and deliver impactful solutions
  • Consistently assess and measure training and development programs to ensure they are relevant to the needs of the changing business
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of directly related experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Operations, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating in front of leadership
  • Proven experience managing executive stakeholders and gaining buy-in for strategic initiatives
  • Experience developing, designing, and executing programs
  • Demonstrated track record effectively building relationships, interfacing, influencing, and presenting with executive level leaders
  • Knowledge of reporting tools, change management, and communications
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence without authority, and build sustainable relationships at all levels of the business
  • Experience identifying solutions to moderately complex problems and performing moderately complex analyses
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or demonstrated equivalency (e.g., certifications)
  • Experience with DOMO
  • High proficiency with MS-Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook, Teams
  • Demonstrated high comfort level with ambiguity
  • Experience facilitating senior level leadership conversations; motivating, influencing, and coaching business leaders

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
