Work you'll do

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work for clients in the government and higher education sectors
  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues in the areas of change management, strategic communications, learning and development, and overall HR strategy
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development, as requested
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Industrial and Organizational Development/Psychology, or a rel ated discipline
  • 1 year of relevant experience in an industry or consulting environment
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as internet research tools
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


Preferred:
  • Strong preference for experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience with consulting or project management supporting federal, state and/or local government agencies, or higher education institutions
