Eaton’s Protection, Control & Solutions (PCS) Group is currently seeking a HR Program Manager. This position is based in Moon Township, PA. Relocation assistance will be provided within the US/PR.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

The HRBP / HR Program Manager will serve as the primary business partner for the Moon Township site's Protection, Control, & Solutions Group (PCS). This role will focus on PCS functions success, leader development, supporting profitability and implementing associated HR strategies, culture & engagement for Moon Township Site and will partner with the extended PCS HR team to ensure the deployment of large-scale HR initiatives, programs and processes. The HRBP / HR Program Manager will develop and deploy standard best practices; and coordinate HR Program activities in accordance with legal, business and corporate guidelines to create a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the business objectives.

  • Serve as an HR business partner, strategic solution provider, adviser and counselor to PCS functions including Engineering team, Program Management, Finance, Operations, & Digital.
  • Through strong and connected relationships, is knowledgeable and proactive in addressing potential talent, culture, structure, and HR operational issues across the functions.
  • Support the organizational capability assessment (OCA) process for the group to assess pipeline strength, determine skill gaps, and identify and support all necessary developmental actions.
  • Strategic reporting and analysis of global HR scorecard metrics and trends, recommending action plans to address any gaps.
  • Champion and lead inclusion and diversity efforts focusing on driving key metric improvement such as voluntary turnover and representation. Increase visibility and participation of local iERG chapters.
  • Guides employee relations issues across the functions, and ensures appropriate alignment with all applicable laws, policy and practice.
  • Align and guide talent management programs, processes, tools and other TMOE activities for PCS.
  • Partners with functional leaders and HRDs on organizational design projects and implementation.
  • Facilitate organizational improvement and feedback processes including administration, communication, and action-planning connected with the Eaton Employee Survey and critical site processes.
  • Identify, develop and deploy initiatives and best practices in communications, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and total rewards that encourage employee retention and engagement.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business or human resources management from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing organization
  • Prior experience working in a global HR organization
