Human Resources Project Coordinator - Arcadia, WI

What Will You Do?

As part of our HR team, you will provide change management support to all departments that are impacted by Human Resources initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting in gathering resources and information to implement short-term and long-term projects. Employees in this role can apply in-depth understanding of management and customer service practices to achieve a high degree of success in all aspects of the job. You will assist in documentation of business process which includes identifying current gaps and provide ideas for on enhancements. In addition, you will assist in launching new policies across the organization and assist in managing our employee engagement initiatives.

What Do You Need?

  • 1 year project work experience, required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience, required

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems

  • Strong Communication and time management skills

  • Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement Tools

  • Strong attention to detail


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with subject matter experts in business areas to identify system enhancements.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Develop and maintain training materials for processes
  • Assist in creating communication on changes with frontline employee and leader processes.
  • Assist with maintenance and provide technical support for all Human Resources programs and systems.
  • Assist in training new HR employees, and others as needed, on the HR systems and processes
  • Customer service focused in assisting employees with questions in regards to the organization and directing them to the correct resources
  • Prepare reports around metrics, processes and gaps to engage in team activities
  • Assist in managing employee engagement initiatives across the organization
  • Assist in implementing and change management of new policies and projects across the organization
  • Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
