We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search of a better way, and who believe in inclusion.Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us _Feed the Future,_ and grow your career.Reports to the Senior Director, HRBP Corporate.**What you will do:**+ Assist in the implementation of company and business unit HR strategies, programs and processes (e.g. on-going salary administration and annual compensation cycle, benefit programs, performance management, new employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities for departing employees)+ Provide HR advisory support and problem-solving solutions to business leaders within the Corporate business functions+ Provide support and training to managers in the interpretation and use of HR policies, processes and programs+ Support the Corporate HR Team, recruiters, and business leaders in analyzing compensation and making recommendations+ Analyze results of exit interviews, recruitment feedback, and employee surveys to identify people issues and trends and participate in their resolution+ Assist in resolving moderately complex employee relations matters+ Take the lead in the deployment of HR projects and new policy deployment+ Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders with various Leaves processes+ Work with the Centers of Excellence (HR Shared Service Centre, Total Rewards, Culture & Organizational Effectiveness, Internal Legal Counsel, Learning and Development, Talent Attraction & Sourcing, Diversity and Inclusion) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of employment documentation to support the effective delivery of HR services and to implement on HR strategies, programs, and processes**What you will bring:**+ Bachelors degree (or equivalent combination of education and working experience), preferably with a Human Resources focus+ Three to five years of HR generalist experience+ Experience working with Corporate functions and leaders at all levels across multiple locations and countries in a matrix structure+ Strong administration, organizational, and time management skills+ Customer focused attitude with demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with client groups+ Comfortable working as part of a team and taking direction from multiple senior leaders+ Ability to prioritize often competing demands+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail+ Demonstrated ability to influence with good verbal and written communication and advisory skills+ Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions, resolve moderately complex decisions, and exercise good judgment on sensitive and confidential issues+ Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation would be considered an asset+ SAP experience an asset+ Success Factors experience an asset**Compensation & Benefits:**$65,000 - $92,500 Salary Range.This range is estimated for Advisor, Human Resources in Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.Our benefit package provides paid sick days. However, given the temporary nature of this role, this position does not participate in any other benefit, retirement savings or paid time off programs, nor any form of incentive compensation.
