Work you'll do
As an Application Management Services Leader within our GPS Human Capital as a Service (HCaaS) team you will:
- Manage the day to day operations of the ERP technical, Functional, and other teams as needed for overall student transformation project
- Identify the resource requirements and staffing appropriate resources on project
- Oversee the planning and on-boarding aspects of project management
- Monitor adherence to the SLAs and prescribed standard quality processes to ensure a timely and quality solution to the end users
- Responsible for service delivery of the management of the application as per SLAs agreed with the client within the scope of applications
- Responsible for periodic status reporting of the Application Support Team
- Manage the delivery of client specific Incident, Problem, Change release management strategies and application security handling process flows
- Review and sign off on change requests in compliance with client's change management strategy
- Conduct regular checkpoint meetings to resolve issues and ensure timely achievement of project milestones with project leadership
- Responsible for client specific metrics and tabular dashboards, discuss with client leadership and be part of applicable change control meetings
- Identify potential risks on the project pro-actively and develop a risk-mitigation plan
- Work with the team in identifying opportunities for value-adding process and system improvements for the client
- Contribute to the development and cultivation of business and vendor relationships of varying audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Lead business development, pre-sales, and proposal efforts in support of building application management services
- Lead efforts to build AMS capability and offering

Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of application management services and ITIL processes to support the sustainment of ERP solutions
- Project delivery (implementation, configuration and/or sustainment services) experience in Oracle Peoplesoft
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Delivery and operate experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Campus Solutions
- Both government and commercial sector human capital and HR operations expertise
