Lead Human Capital Assets Product Manager

Work you'll do:
As a Lead Human Capital Assets Product Manager, you will:
- Work on our Human Capital Product team & drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation to hand-off to the market offering for launch
- Translate the business vision/strategy into specific product initiatives
- Calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) for each enhancement and prioritize enhancements to ensure alignment with strategic business initiatives
- Articulate the strategic value proposition for your product roadmap and perform demonstrations of your products
- Perform requirement gathering, functional and data analysis, system design and configuration and own the product scoping process including backlog, roadmap and release scope
- Define acceptance criteria and coordinate with Development to ensure all levels of system and user acceptance testing are conducted

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of experience with Product Management
- Experience with Agile Product Delivery, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), or Product Roadmapping
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Travel up to 50%
