Work you'll do

  • Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects related to:
    • Organizational change management and strategic communications
    • Human Services technology implementation and maintenance
    • Using data and dashboards to inform and make recommendations about operations optimization
  • Responsible for the development of business and vendor relationships
  • Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process
  • Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans
  • Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team
  • Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships
  • Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues related to state health and human services technology
  • Provide coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staff

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of relevant change management consulting or industry experience
  • 3+ years in a technical or functional leadership role
  • Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Travel up to 25%


Preferred:

  • 5 years of broad Human Services Transformation experience; social services, health and human services, etc
  • 2 years of experience leading state-wide technology and process implementations
  • 2 years of experience as a lead/manager in relevant projects
  • 2 years of experience supporting Integrated Eligibility platforms or other Human Services platforms, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), health information technology, or related software implementation for government clients
