Work you'll do

As a Manager in the Human Capital Organization Transformation Group you will:

  • Support public sector institutions in developing and implementing communications and change management strategy
  • Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional practitioners to optimize communications and change campaign outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development, as requested
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications

Required:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree
  • 7 years of professional experience, either working directly for a government client or providing consulting support to government clients
  • Able and willing to travel up to 70%

Preferred:
  • Prior management consulting experience
  • Advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience in supporting mergers and acquisitions
  • Active U.S. Secret clearance or higher
