SR TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER
The “Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager” is responsible for leading the talent sourcing function of the Talent Acquisition process.
This involves the designing of strategies that will supply the appropriate input into the talent pipelines, while providing the desired candidate experience to support the diverse talent needs of the organization in a cost-effective way. This position is responsible for developing external sources and channels in collaboration with Talent Marketing, External Communications, and External affairs, as well as partnering closely with TA Marketing leaders, People team leaders, our business leaders.
Positions in this function are responsible for the strategic sourcing and recruitment alignment and execution to meet the needs of the enterprise. This includes responsibility for diversity, talent acquisition, college recruiting, and market intelligence. This function involves the actual recruiting and selection of candidates.
Responsibilities
• Manage the sourcing team including setting performance objectives, monitoring service level expectations, and maintaining cost-effective delivery of sourcing within the functional space to the enterprise.
• Demonstrate and manage best practices related to launch of sourcing strategies within the functional space. Drive the execution of the functional strategic sourcing plan and perform analytics on each sourcing channel to maximize results on a monthly basis.
• As a functional Subject Matter Expert ensure sourcing team members are experts in target candidate population, the UHG opportunity and EVP, where to find the talent and how to convert leads to candidates. Provide ongoing training to team on business acumen, consulting skills and sourcing techniques.
• Always take an active role in support of the roll-out and reinforcement of process changes and overall sourcing delivery by sourcing on minimum of one active requisition.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings in a timely manner with direct reports including standard audit, coaching, motivating and directing the team.
• Conduct team regular audits leveraging the audit protocol in support of compliance execution and process adoption.
• On a monthly basis leverage the audit reporting suite in coaching/correcting overall performance management
• Assist in coaching and driving overall career development of team members utilizing UHG tools and philosophies

Requirements
• BS/ BA degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of recruitment/sourcing experience in a high-volume environment
• Advance proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency with CRM systems
• Expert level proficiency with making cold calls and profiling skill sets and motivations of prospective candidate
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive sourcing strategy for an entire organization or division/function of a company
• Proven candidate sourcing techniques including: lead generation, internet, cold calling, college alumni, professional boards/associations, social media, referrals and other interactive strategies
• Proven experience consulting with Recruiters and Executive Leaders on talent and the supply/demand.
• Expert in LinkedIn sourcing techniques
• Experience developing and managing active talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience managing, communicating, and presenting out to key stakeholders and C-suite executives regarding recruiting processes, market trends, and supply/demand.
• Experience creating talent acquisition processes that drive innovation, efficiency and productivity in recruitment activities
• Experience leveraging sourcing/recruiting data to help meet the organization’s objectives in hiring top talent
• Demonstrated strength in attention to details and strong organizational skills to include accurate and timely candidate documentation.
