You will be working with a highly motivated, highly successful team with a proven sales record in IT Management Consulting.+ Experienced at identifying and developing resiliency services business opportunities+ Experience at a practitioner and manager level within a technical capacity+ Prior sales experience with consulting in a resilience environment+ Applied infrastructure technology and operations management knowledge and experience+ Extensive experience and knowledge with resiliency related issues, impacts, trends and emerging practices+ Awareness and understanding of management, conflict resolution, personal interaction, HR and other techniques and approaches required to maintain an organization+ Direct experience and success supporting business development and opportunity closure for complex, multi-month resiliency planning and execution programs+ Direct experience and success performing in a delivery oversight role, providing leadership and direction in areas such as program startup and governance, executive communications, revenue forecasting and reporting, and problem resolution+ Responsible for the successful development and delivery of the project, which includes good client satisfaction and well-managed project financials+ Build and manage good client relationship at all levels to grow the business+ Lead and grow the skills of project team members+ Lead proposal development, solution presentation and lead the sequent delivery+ $5m+/year in selling/delivering IT consulting servicesRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ 10+ years of resiliency experience and consulting services sales experience+ 3 years of experience interacting and developing opportunities with a team of professional architects and consultants+ Awareness of systems integration, data center, networking, or infrastructure projects+ Familiar with systems integration / system & process management+ Possess strong organization skills+ Knowledge on industry-leading and accepted, as well as IBM software and hardware solutions+ Ability to work independently+ Experience negotiating services including contracts and terms and conditions+ Ability to travel up to 50%Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertisenoneAbout Business UnitAt Global Technology Services (GTS), we help our clients envision the future by offering end-to-end IT and technology support services, supported by an unmatched global delivery network.
