  • Complaint Intake Center (CIC)
  • Enter product inquires through phone, email, etc.
  • Submit product inquiries.
  • Identify if complaint meets definition of a PER
  • Research for duplicate PERs.
  • Identifying additional information required to complete complaint investigation.
  • Product Handling (PH)Communicate complaint investigation results to complainants as necessary.
  • Manage decontamination of returned products.
  • Conduct archiving and scrapping of product as per disposition.
  • Coordinate with regulatory compliance partners on the gathering of appropriate information.
  • Become familiar with existing Stryker product portfolio and business procedures.
  • 0 to 2 plus years work experience in similar position in any industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player with solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
