Internal Audit:

The Internal Audit (IA) organization evaluates the Firm's internal controls and processes. These audits ensure compliance with laws and regulations and helps to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting and data collection. Internal audits also provide management with the tools necessary to attain operational efficiency by identifying problems and correcting lapses before they are discovered in an external audit. IA is also responsible for identifying opportunities and developing recommendations to improve Firm-wide controls.

Work you'll do

You'll gain experience and first-hand knowledge of our how the firm operates and audit process while working on meaningful projects. As a member of our Internal Audit team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and work with various groups across the Firm by completing certain job responsibilities that include:

  • Identify and analyze business risks
  • Perform audit work
  • Support other staff and management
  • Assisting in testing the effectiveness internal controls
  • Assisting in the identification of business processes that could be improved
  • Evaluate existing risk management controls
  • Coordinating ad hoc projects on an as needed basis for management

Qualifications Required:
  • Knowledge of and ability to learn a variety of business applications such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Office, Outlook, and Internet

  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
