Work you'll do/Responsibilities

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Support the RFP process, working with business and IT stakeholders to understand end requirements Vendor communication, demo, and assessment
  • Design and operate a Program Management Office to manage the entire portfolio of BSE projects.
  • The Program Management Office will manage the portfolio of multiple projects from RFP, Intake, Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Delivery.
  • The Program Management Office will establish processes, criteria, templates, and tools to support Waymo business stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required
  • 6+ years of experience with Associate Project Manager
  • Experience in vendor communication
  • Experience with the RFP process
  • Experience with program management
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Travel up to 10% annually.
