What you will do

  • Communicate, coordinate, and align with internal partners for equipment delivery, installation, and training to assure for a seamless customer experience for new or expanding surgery centers.
  • Coordinate across Stryker’s internal supply chain to streamline logistics
  • Highly responsive to internal sales teams and external customers
  • Support co-marketing opportunities with strategic accounts
  • Leverages stakeholder feedback and knowledge of healthcare initiatives to foster sustainable and programmatic change management
  • Demonstrates an ability to lead without direct authority, communicate effectively, and influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provides education virtually and/or in-person to the salesforce and customers regarding our implementation program
  • Outlines and articulates relevant roles and responsibilities to enable utilization of key resources and adherence to established processes
  • Attends essential in-person meetings and/or installations to consult and facilitate customer experience
  • Executes processes utilizing exceptional organizational skills/attention to detail

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • 6+ years of work experience required
  • 3+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
  • Marketing/supply chain /project management experience within Medical Device and/or clinical experience within a hospital setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills and customer service oriented
  • Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
  • Project Management Professional (or like certification) preferred
