Where you'll work:

This is a hybrid position, so you'll work from home at least 75% of the time with the other time in office.


Starting pay is $18.00 per hour ($36,270/annually). This Claims position is eligible for up to $2,000 in Welcome Bonuses throughout the first year of employment.

This job currently offers a temporary Targeted $2 Premium Differential. You will receive an extra $2 for each hour worked through the duration of this program. The differential rate, timing of the program, and program eligibility are subject to change at any time.

Our Fire Initial Loss Reporting (ILR) Claim Associates help our customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. They are committed to helping our customers and claimants through the claims process and making that process as easy as possible.

Our claims team supports our customers seven days a week. Our team members work in a shift environment that includes irregular hours, weekends, and holidays based on workload and job requirements. Schedules may change based on business need. You will be expected to be shift flexible within the hours of operation.

Selected candidates will participate in mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! Training schedules will vary based on shift and role. The training continues beyond day one as well.

Fire ILR is a first customer-facing segment for reporting a claim:
  • Fire ILR emphasis is on resolving as much of the claim as possible at first contact before the claim is routed to the appropriate segment
  • Fire ILR does not own claims
  • Fire ILR executes some claim handling responsibilities
