Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Architect and develop Functional QA solutions by analyzing system performance standards; confer with users or systemengineers
- Provide technical leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of qualitysolutions
- Translate business requirements and processes into technical requirements and configuration settings specific to software application solutions
- Create and communicate testing progress reports to project leadership
- Creation of different testing suites (e.g., smoke, unit, integration, regression, usability)
- Managing the test environments during the end-to-end test process
- Manage team of 2+ testers
- Lead and coordinate complex integration testing activities and capacity planning
- Support integration testing and end-to-end testing teams during defects triage and review
- Supporting and independently completing test orchestration across the SDLC which will require problem solving using analysis, experience, and decision making
- Translate business requirements and processes into technical requirement and configuration settings specific to software application solutions

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or work experience
- 10+ years of experience in building and implementing software automation testing
- Subject Matter Expert in medical benefit determination with Health Insurance Exchanges (HIX)
- Strong Execution experience ineligibility determination, plan shopping and federal/state/EDI interfaces
- Must Have high proficiency in Test Plan and Strategy creation for health insurance exchange type engagements
- Extensive experience in setting up and identifying test scenarios, conditions, scripts, and management of test environment and test data
- High level experience working with development and infrastructure teams to manage application builds and code deployments
- High proficiency using JIRA, JAMA, and HP Quality Center (QC)
- Mastery in using various testing methodologies Agile and Scrum and logging results using solutions such as JIRA and or Confluence
- Travel up to 10% annually
