If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWork with IBM Q Start team on active exploratory research engagements to prepare for future use case commercialization within financial services sector industriesMapbusiness functional requirements to system/technical requirementsDevelop solution reference architectures aligned to business needsand evolving capabilities of emerging technology Define best practices related to solution design, documentation, and guidelines that lead to the identification, selection, development and use of solutions and applicationsEngage in practice development initiatives focused on building employee knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise through coaching and development of training course materialRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ PhD/Masters in STEM related fields with knowledge in quantum computing.+ 3-5 years of strong technology strategy consulting experience.+ 3-5 years of solutioning experience with-in at least one of the specific industries.+ Experience in financial industry mathematical models, either in quantitative finance, quantitative modeling, or financial engineering, with deep market expertise.+ Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining application architectures that support client's business requirements with an in-depth understanding of cloud architectures, data models, systems integration, customizations, & extensions.+ Excellent ideation, facilitation, and communications skills.+ Detail-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary.+ Willingness to travel globally up to 40% once we return to a travel-safe environment.+ Fluency in English.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Experience with linear programming and / or general mathematical programming.+ Proficiency in Python with good knowledge of Jupyter, Tensor, Numpy.+ Deep knowledge and application expertise in ML/DL.+ Familiarity with Qiskit and quantum concepts and principles, able to model classical ML / DL algorithms within quantum principles.+ Experience with some aspect of high-performance computing use in an area such as linear and combinatorial optimization, routing heuristics, classification and clustering technics, numerical simulation, statistics analysis, real time processing.e processingAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
