Security Compliance Lead
As a Security Compliance Lead, you’ll analyze business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You’ll apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.
Serving as a trusted cyber security advisor, you'll provide thought and people leadership on a team where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to our federal clients to continue to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Hands-on technical experience at the command prompt level
Experience configuring security baselines DISA STIGs and CIS Benchmarks
3+ years’ experience working with cybersecurity in an AWS environment
7+ years of NIST Risk Management Framework RMF experience
7+ years of HIPAA and/or CUI Data Protection experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance from the U.S. Federal Government
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or other STEM related area
At least 3 years of Project Management experience
At least 3 years of Bid & Proposal Support experience
