Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.Under general supervision:Performs responsibilities related to installation physical security and general security functions and activities to include:+ Manning of fixed posts+ Manning of mobile and foot patrols+ Crime prevention+ Escort duties+ Initial responses to major accidents or incidents and initial investigation of incidents+ Completion of required forms and reports**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Must successfully complete pre-employment fitness test consisting of: cardiovascular endurance (300 meter and a 1 mile run) and muscular strength/endurance (push-ups and sit-ups)+ Must be 21 years of age+ Must possess a current TN Armed Security Guard/Officer License+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance+ Must possess a valid state drivers license+ Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent+ Must be able to maintain qualification and authority to carry firearms**Desired Qualifications:**+ Two years of military police or security forces experience and/or two years of professional police experience in a civilian law enforcement agency+ A graduate of a civilian police academy or a recognized military police/Security Forces academyThe duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
