Info Security Engineer’s role is to participate in the architecture, planning, and design of effective processes and systems in support of Info Security functions (IAM, PAM, PKI).  This individual will apply proven communication, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve Info Security issues.    The ideal candidate for this position should have IT security experience, excellent server administration and networking skills, a strong understanding of information security risks, IT technologies, and a passion for the security discipline. Job Function Participates in the architecture, configuration, deployment, integration, and maintenance of Security Engineering solutions and applications.  - Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management and related standards. - Assists with developing the Info Security architectural vision and leads the installation, configuration, and management of key systems - Performs proof of concept testing to identify new or emerging Info Security technologies and engineer them to benefit Windstream. - Experience in working with compliance and regulatory program requirements. - Experience deploying and/or supporting security solutions to enable effective Identity and Access Management throughout the organization. - Solve and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. - Focus on automation opportunities/improvements for certificate management - Implement, administrate, and support privileged session management solution and elevated systems access (CyberArk and Centrify) - Experience with Active Directory administration, Windows system security administration, network, email, and application access management. - Demonstrates a problem-solving mindset with aggressive curiosity, critical thinking, and proactive solutions. - Enforce compliance with IAM principals including" least privilege access, password management, audit logging, RBAC, certificate issuance and revocation   Required Skills or Experience - College degree in a Technical or related field and 1-3 years professional experience - Experience in Unix and Windows server administration - Experience with SSL Certificates - Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Lightweight Directory Access (LDAP) - Experience in one or more of the following areas: Identity Management, Access Management, Role Based Access Control, User Access Certification and Federation - Experience with PowerShell and SQL queries. - Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
